SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER
You may shop safely by using our secure shopping cart - please see the shipping charges below.
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We'll e-mail you to confirm your order and request any additional information we may need to fill it (for items being personalized, additional information is often required). Your order will be processed once we have received your payment.
Because all orders are made especially for you BY HAND (with the exception of a very short list of costumes, which are listed on our "In-stock Halloween Costume" page, please allow a minimum of three to four weeks' delivery on all orders. Large orders or orders placed during the Halloween season (August through October) may take longer, and you will be given an estimate as to how long. At any time, you may feel free to e-mail us and check the status of your order.
We will give you a status report within 48 hours of your request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
As much as we love our shopping cart system, it unfortunately does not calculate international shipping and handling charges, expeditaed shipping charges, and/or rush order fees. When you place an order to be shipped outside the continental United States, your initial order will show domestic shipping charges. When we e-mail you to confirm your order, your shipping cost will be adjusted, and you will be given a new order total.
RUSH ORDERS
It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders.
Any orders that need to be completed within 14 days following the placement of the order will be subject to a 25% rush order charge - NO EXCEPTIONS. Just like Grandma used to say, "The early bird gets the worm"...and just so you know, getting the worm is a GOOD thing! :)
Again, the shopping cart does not calculate the rush order charge, so your order will be adjusted accordingly when we write to confirm your order.
USPS 2nd Day delivery may also be an option, as long as the item is currently in stock - contact us before placing your order to inquire on item availability. Postage on this type of delivery will be increased by $20.00, added to the regular shipping/handling charge that would normally be applied to the order.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Orders cancelled after they have been formally placed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, so be sure you really want it before you buy it!
OUR RETURN POLICY
* If you aren't satisfied with what you receive, or if what you receive will not work for what you need it for, you must return the item(s) within 14 days in order to receive a full refund for the items returned (minus any fees).
Only UNWORN, UNUSED, and UNALTERED items may be returned!
* For items returned past the 14 day inspection time allowed, a 25% restocking fee WILL be deducted from your refund amount.
* For any item(s) that is returned in a state that has been altered in any way from how it looked when you received it, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED for the item(s). NO EXCEPTIONS!
* In all cases of returns that are not due to an error on our part, any and all shipping/handling and rush order charges that were applied to the order are NON-refundable.

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. We accept PayPal via our shopping cart, as well as checks and money orders as methods of payment - no cash, please!!!
For international orders, only PayPal payments will be accepted.
