"first-come, first-served" basis.
All orders for this year's Halloween season
must be placed
NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1.
After October 1st, only in-stock costumes will be available at regular pricing.
All other costumes to be delivered by
October 31 will be subject to a 25% rush fee.
